After the whirlwind of a year this pandemic has brought us, I am happy to announce that I will be spending my summer in Custer State Park at The Black Hills Playhouse in South Dakota! I am absolutely grateful for this opportunity to work in a new state and connect with my fellow cast and crew-mates and the patrons.
For this internship program, I will be performing in the first show of the season- The Marvelous Wonderettes. This 50's/60's jukebox musical focuses on 4 high school students and the drama that runs these boy-crazy teens' friend group. I will be playing the role of Cindy Lou who seems to consider herself as the school's "It" girl. I am ecstatic to bring this story to life and to share it to those who decide to visit our stage. The Black Hills Playhouse has gone to extreme measures to ensure our safety by building a new outside stage, The New Frontier Stage, with COVID-safe opportunities for the guest as well.
